We provide photo editing, image and video annotation, e-commerce store setup and listing, and real estate and automotive image editing. Each project is completed according to the specifications agreed with the client.

02Quotes and orders

• Quotes: prices on our website are starting prices. The final price depends on complexity, volume and turnaround, and is confirmed with you before any work starts.
• Free trial: a free trial has no cost and no obligation to place an order.
• Orders: an order is confirmed once you approve the quote and instructions.

03Your responsibilities

• Accurate information: you are responsible for providing accurate and complete instructions and files.
• Rights to your files: you confirm that you own, or have permission to use, the images, videos and other material you send us.
• Compliance: you agree to use our services and the finished work in line with all applicable laws.

04Payment

• Fees: you agree to pay the fees set out in the agreed quote or contract.
• Payment terms: payment terms are stated in the quote or contract. Late payment may lead to additional fees or the suspension of services.

05Delivery

We deliver finished files within the turnaround time agreed for each order. Turnaround times are estimates and may change if the scope, volume or instructions change. If the delivered work does not match the agreed instructions, please let us know so we can review it.

06Confidentiality

We keep all client information and materials confidential and use them only to complete your project, except where disclosure is required by law. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

07Intellectual property
